Network Operations Support
NewVoiceMedia, Europe’s leading provider of hosted contact centre solutions, is looking for a Network Operations professional to join their team in Basingstoke.
We are looking for someone with a background in a Carrier grade environment, with ISDN, DPNSS and Telephony skills. Knowledge of PBX and Aculab would also be an advantage, as would MySQL and SQL.
Other useful skills would be Windows Server and Windows Networking 2003, Active Directory, and Firewall configuration. The successful candidate will probably be degree qualified and with a broad background in Computing and Networking.
Salary will be dependent on experience and the successful candidates will also benefit from annual holiday, membership of the company EMI Share Option Scheme, Private Medical Cover and a non-contributory Pension Allowance.

Internal SME Sales Executive
NewVoiceMedia is looking for a bright energetic and enthusiastic individual to handle sales to small and medium sized enterprises. The role will be predominantly desk based, involving handling the inbound enquiry from the website, as well as using their initiative to generate leads and opportunities. The successful candidate will be trained in our technology so that they can give client demonstrations over the internet and follow up consistently until contract signature.
